Anti-Spam Question:

The Bronx in New York is the only New York borough in which a majority of the land is on the mainland, rather than being located on an island. The borough has a population of 1,361,473 and is made up of 57.4 miles according to the 2006 United States Census Bureau. There are just under 50 neighborhoods in the Bronx, including "Little Italy", West Bronx with its Van Courtlandt Park, East Bronx which houses Pelham Bay Park, and South Bronx which is where Yankee Stadium is located.

The Bronx has much to offer when it comes to scenery and wildlife. As compared to the other New York boroughs, the Bronx has more parkland acres, which includes Van Cortlandt Park and Pelham Bay Park. In addition to these two large parks, the Bronx is also home to the only freshwater river in New York City, the Bronx River, which empties into the Eastchester Bay; and the Bronx Zoo, which is one of the largest zoo's in the United States and houses more than 4,000 animals.

Other places one may want to see while in the Bronx include the Bronx Museum of Art which exhibits contemporary and 20th century art, the New York Botanical Garden which was founded in 1891 and spans approximately 250 acres, and the various Off-Off-Broadway theaters which feature a variety of acts.

The Bronx has a lot of interesting history. Did you know that famous author Edgar Allan Poe lived in the Bronx from 1846 to 1849 in what is now know as "Poe Cottage"? Did you know that in the 1970's hip hop first came from the South Bronx?

5 Ken was my relentless advocate every step of the way

I was facing a life with a marked physical disability and unable to work, but things changed for the better the moment I called Ken Halperin. Ken was my relentless advocate every step of the way with his cool and calm personality. I can't thank Ken and everyone from Wingate Russotti and Shapiro enough because without all their hard work this settlement would have never gotten done.
