JASON M. RUBIN

After receiving his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1990, Jason earned his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law in 1993.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2001 (and now a partner), Jason specialized in medical malpractice litigation for eight years. He had also successfully handled numerous appeals involving a wide variety of legal issues in the areas of medical malpractice, construction law and general negligence. Jason is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Jason resides in Long Island with his wife, Wendy, and their daughters, Sophie and Madeline.
