$200,000 SETTLEMENT
WRS Partner, Cliff Shapiro obtained a $200,000 settlement for a construction worker who fell from a ladder while drilling holes into a facade of the building. Evidently his drill jerked which caused the ladder to shake, resulting in our client falling approximately 16 feet. He sustained a fractured right ankle with torn cartilage. Although surgery was recommended, our client did not follow through with an operation. We were able to settle prior to scheduled trial date.
